G.A.D Fabrics

There are two alcantara/suede fabrics and three wool/cotton fabrics available as standard fabrics for G.A.D uopholstered products.

All standard fabrics are of very high quality with Martindale numbers ranging from 40,000 (Vienna), to +100,000 (Comfort). General guidelines for rating fabrics states that a Martindale number of 20,000 is required for an upholstery fabric, and 40,000 is required for a fabric to the be rated as "heavy duty" upholstery fabric (suited for public spaces).

The standard fabrics are:

• Vienna – High quality alcantara/suede like fabric in solid colors.
• Atalante – High quality cotton/viscose/linen fabric with the look of linen 
• Ponduz – Very high quality wool fabric, but more coarsely woven in solid colors
• Diva – Very high quality wool fabric in both solid and striped
• Comfort - Very high quality alcantara/suede like fabric in solid colors
